The Blaze 26″ Outdoor Gas Oven (BLZ-26-PZOVN) is a versatile and high-performance cooking solution designed to bring professional-grade baking and roasting capabilities to your outdoor kitchen. It features two powerful 8,000 BTU burners—one under the ceramic stone for even heat distribution and another at the rear for consistent baking—delivering a temperature range of 270°F to 550°F, perfect for pizzas, roasts, and more. The oven includes a 17” rotating ceramic pizza stone for authentic, evenly cooked pizzas, along with a digital oven temperature gauge with a meat probe for precise cooking control. A vertical rotisserie kit is included, allowing for succulent, slow-roasted meats, while two stainless steel cooking racks provide additional space for baking or roasting. The double-insulated oven door with Hi-Temp glass ensures safety and visibility, and the interior lights illuminate your cooking area for easy monitoring. Available in natural gas (NG) or liquid propane (LP) configurations, it ships with an LP hose and regulator for 20-lb. tanks (low-pressure regulator BLZ-32-050 required for bulk propane, sold separately). Designed for built-in or cart setups, this oven offers flexibility for any outdoor kitchen design. As of March 15, 2016, Blaze gas appliances come with a lifetime warranty that covers defects in the manufacturing and workmanship of the main burners, body, cooking racks, and control valves, while ignition, electronic, and lighting systems are covered for one (1) year after the date of purchase. The oven must be registered within thirty days for the warranty to apply.
