It features two independently controlled burner rings: an inner ring rated at 25,000 BTUs for simmering sauces and an outer ring at 35,000 BTUs for large skillets and pans, delivering a combined total of 60,000 BTUs—ideal for boiling, frying, or wok cooking. The efficient design boils water in half the time compared to other power burners on the market, while the narrow 15 3/4″ width allows more room for additional components or counter space in your outdoor kitchen. The heavy-duty stainless steel cooking grid includes a removable 9-inch inner ring for wok cooking, and a stainless steel guard surrounds the burner to protect it from wind and concentrate heat for maximum efficiency. Signature red LED-illuminated control knobs enhance visibility for evening cooking and add a sophisticated aesthetic, matching the styling of Blaze Professional LUX grills. A removable stainless steel lid protects the burner when not in use, and a full-width drip tray simplifies cleanup. The push-and-turn ignition system ensures reliable startups, and a power transformer is included for the lights. Available in natural gas (NG) or liquid propane (LP) configurations, it ships with an LP hose and regulator for 20-lb. tanks (low-pressure regulator BLZ-32-050 required for bulk propane, sold separately). As of March 15, 2016, Blaze power burners come with a lifetime warranty that covers defects in the manufacturing and workmanship of the burners, burner grate, body, lid, and control valves, while ignition and lighting systems are covered for one (1) year after the date of purchase. The power burner must be registered within thirty days for the warranty to apply.
