The Blaze 48″ Vent Hood – Wall Mounted for Outdoor Kitchens (BLZ-48-VHOOD) is a high-performance ventilation solution designed to keep your outdoor kitchen free of smoke, grease, and odors, enhancing both functionality and comfort during grilling. Engineered for use with 48″ wide grills or smaller, this vent hood is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to outdoor elements. It features an industry-leading 36″ canopy depth to maximize the capture range of cooking vapors, paired with two independent and individually controlled 1,000 CFM 4-speed motors, delivering a total of 2,000 CFM of powerful ventilation—offering 60% greater suction compared to many competing outdoor hoods. The hood includes six commercial-style baffle filters to prevent grease from clogging the ductwork, and these filters are dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. Four adjustable LED lights illuminate your cooking surface, ensuring excellent visibility for day or night grilling. The retractable controls with lighted facing help prevent grease buildup, adding to the ease of maintenance. Designed for flexible installation, the mounting height ranges from a minimum of 36″ to a maximum of 40″, providing a comfortable working area, and the reversible motors support both back venting and overhead venting options with two 8″ round vent outlets. For use with the Blaze 48″ Vent Hood, duct covers are available in 12″, 22″, and 25.5″ lengths to accommodate various installation heights (sold separately). The vent hood requires a 4-foot cord that plugs into a regular 110V outlet and operates on a 15 AMP breaker to power its lighting and ventilation systems.
