The LTE PRO model includes advanced features such as back-lit knob lights for enhanced visibility during evening cooking sessions, an attached flip-up lid for added protection and versatility, and an enhanced control panel that reads the surface temperature from three zones with three included meat probes for precise cooking control. The full-width grease trough directs grease to a removable drip tray, simplifying cleanup, while integrated leveling screws allow for adjustments to the cooking surface. Available in natural gas (NG) or liquid propane (LP) configurations, it ships with an LP hose and regulator for 20-lb. tanks (low-pressure regulator BLZ-32-050 required for bulk propane, sold separately). Designed for built-in installations or use with optional carts, this griddle offers flexibility for any outdoor kitchen setup. As of March 15, 2016, Blaze gas appliances come with a lifetime warranty that covers defects in the manufacturing and workmanship of the main burners, griddle plate, body, and control valves, while ignition, electronic, and lighting systems are covered for one (1) year after the date of purchase. The griddle must be registered within thirty days for the warranty to apply.
